How access units work
One unit is reserved for each member or active pending invitation. Every member has one simultaneous session. An extra session on another device needs another unit assigned to that member. Choose at least one unit; your organisation's total is the unit price multiplied by its paid quantity.
Your first payment and renewal
Your first month is prorated by Johannesburg calendar days, including your start day. Thereafter, billing renews on the first of each month. You can review the first payment, quantity, recurring total and billing period before opening Peach Payments' secure card checkout. Changes to unit quantity apply at the next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Stop automatic renewal in Billing before the next billing date. Access continues to the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee. We do not offer discretionary refunds for unused time or units. Statutory rights and refunds for billing errors or non-delivery remain available. Read the refund and cancellation policy.
Digital access and payments
Access normally starts within minutes of successful payment and completed account setup. No goods are shipped. Peach Payments displays the enabled card brands and handles card details and authentication. The subscription does not include materials, installation or engineering certification. Supplier-publisher access and catalogue permissions require separate approval.
